Six Counties Receive (Forgivable) Down Payment Assistance
The funds will allow INHS to serve up to up to 10 households in Cortland, Chemung, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties. with $20,000 in forgivable down payment and closing cost assistance.
