Support INHS on Giving is Gorges on 6/12
On June 12th INHS will celebrate #GivingisGorges with Ithaca and Tompkins County, 24 hours dedicated to amplifying philanthropy in our community. Help us raise funds to cover the cost of materials to make home improvements for our low-income, aging and disabled neighbors.
INHS Receives $1 Million to Expand Homeownership Programs
INHS was recently awarded two HOME Local grants through NYS Homes and Community Renewal, totaling $988,500. These funds will allow INHS to expand its homeownership program by 34 households.
INHS Named Purchaser of Immaculate Conception School
As the City of Ithaca’s landscape continues to evolve, a new affordable housing project may soon be on the horizon. INHS has been selected by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester as the purchaser of the beloved Immaculate Conception School property, located at 320 West Buffalo Street.
INHS Hires New Executive Director
After receiving many qualified applicants, Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services’ (INHS) Board of Directors completed its search for a new Executive Director and selected Johanna Anderson.
Mazzarella to Retire from INHS
Paul Mazzarella, the highly regarded long-term Executive Director of Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS), has announced his plan to retire on December 31, 2017.
