Become a Section 8 Home Owner

In this home buyer education session, specifically designed for Section 8 voucher recipients, you will learn the ins and outs of buying a home and how you can accomplish your dream of homeownership.

Our experienced course instructor will cover topics including: how the Section 8 voucher assists with a mortgage; what mortgage programs work best for Section 8 recipients; and understanding your credit score and how to improve it, even if you have poor credit. You may also qualify for up to $20,000 in down payment assistance.
