Routine Maintenance and Seasonal Tasks

In this class, our home maintenance crew will go over routine tasks and seasonal activities to protect your home and its value. Topics include maintaining heating/cooling systems, plumbing, chimneys, weatherization, repairing drywall, lawn and garden, tools and safety, painting, etc., PLUS we’ll get some hands-on help with caulk, furnace filters, plumbing, and more!

The class fee is $20, but is HALF PRICE for anyone who has completed Home Buyer U. Couples may attend for $35. You do not need to be a customer in our home purchase program to attend — this program is open to all!
