René is an experienced affordable housing professional with a strong background in property management, project management, and administration of community-based programs. She oversees all aspects of INHS’s diverse rental portfolio, including both affordable and market-rate housing, managing INHS’s Compliance, Property Management, and Facilities teams, as well as coordinating closely with investors and other funders to ensure the regulatory compliance of INHS’s portfolio.

INHS’ four-part post-purchase series covers topics for home owners who want to protect assets and wisely manage their estates. Attend one session, or all four!
Our Post-Purchase classes are hybrid: they take place in person at INHS and are live streamed on Zoom for those who want to attend virtually. The session is also recorded for anyone who cannot attend at that time/date.

Selling Your Home: Where to start and how to close
In this session, a local real estate agent will walk participants through the home sales process and cover topics such as preparing the home, necessary tests and improvements, deciding on a price, finding a realtor, property disclosures, listing the property, contracts and negotiations, and more.
The class fee is $20 but is HALF PRICE for anyone who has completed Home Buyer U. Couples may attend for $35. You do not need to be a customer in our home purchase program to attend — this program is open to all! This will be an online zoom forum – we invite you to join us and to bring lunch!
