LUNCH AND LEARN: Selling a Home
In Part 2, a local real estate agent will walk participants through the home sales process and cover topics such as preparing the home, necessary tests and improvements, deciding on a price, finding a realtor, property disclosures, listing the property, contracts and negotiations, and more. Our Realtor expert will also discuss current considerations and strategies for selling a home during the Coronavirus pandemic.
The class fee is $20, but is HALF PRICE for anyone who has completed Home Buyer U. Couples may attend for $35. You do not need to be a customer in our home purchase program to attend — this program is open to all! This will be an online zoom forum – we invite you to join us and to bring lunch!
