Roman and Nataliya are Ukrainian immigrants who came to the U.S. for a better life. Initially, they could only afford to live in a trailer with their four children.
Their life improved in May 2011 when they discovered that they qualified for a new three-bedroom apartment in Cedar Creek. “We like the location,” Nataliya says. “It is close to shopping and a park.” The family is very happy, and Roman “highly recommends” INHS to others looking for rentals.
“It’s not just a ramp. Your support matters when it comes to helping people like myself.”
“I was living in my car, and I needed a place to live, and somebody hooked me up with INHS.”
“Having a home was a vital first step to starting our businesses and really rooting ourselves in Ithaca.”
