René is an experienced affordable housing professional with a strong background in property management, project management, and administration of community-based programs. She oversees all aspects of INHS’s diverse rental portfolio, including both affordable and market-rate housing, managing INHS’s Compliance, Property Management, and Facilities teams, as well as coordinating closely with investors and other funders to ensure the regulatory compliance of INHS’s portfolio.

Selling Your Home: Where to Start and How to Close
In this session, a local real estate agent will walk us through how the home sales process works and cover topics such as preparing the home, necessary tests and improvements, deciding on a price, finding a realtor, property disclosures, listing the property, contracts and negotiations, and more.
