INHS is celebrating the completion of its latest development, Village Grove Apartments, part of the Crescent Way subdivision in the Village of Trumansburg, and would love for the public to join in on the celebrations!

Village Grove is a newly constructed mixed-use, mixed-income affordable housing development with 46 units of rental housing on a nineteen-acre parcel of land. INHS’s greenest project to-date, it achieved Passive House Certification and is a NetZero development.

Located within walking distance to schools, shopping, and a thriving downtown community, amenities of the community development include community lounge, laundry facilities, on-site management and maintenance offices, and the new home of Trumansburg Community Nursery School.

In addition to INHS’s affordable rental units, the Crescent Way subdivision will also include ten affordable for-sale homes that will be part of INHS’ Community Housing Trust, as well as nine lots for market-rate construction that are available for purchase from Sundial Development LLC.
