INHS is adding four for-sale homes to its Community Housing Trust on Sears Street with Simplex Homes, a modern, technically advanced, and nationally recognized leader in modular construction.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We invite you to join us to watch the exciting process of the first modular home being crane set in place on its foundation! 

Tuesday, December 3
9 a.m. | Sears St., Ithaca

INHS will be offering hot drinks and sweet treats. Kick-off begins at 9 a.m. and we will be on-site until 11 a.m. As you can imagine, timing of the crane drop is difficult, but we’re confident the experience will be exciting!

This will be an outside experience, so come prepared for weather conditions. Parking on Sears Street will not be available, but there is plenty of walkable off-street parking on Tioga and Cayuga Streets.
