René is an experienced affordable housing professional with a strong background in property management, project management, and administration of community-based programs. She oversees all aspects of INHS’s diverse rental portfolio, including both affordable and market-rate housing, managing INHS’s Compliance, Property Management, and Facilities teams, as well as coordinating closely with investors and other funders to ensure the regulatory compliance of INHS’s portfolio.

Part 3: Managing Large Repairs and Hiring Contractors
In this session, a local housing expert will discuss how to successfully plan and prepare for larger home projects including finding the right contractor and best tips for managing the process. Participants will learn what to expect in terms of cost, timelines and how to avoid common obstacles.
The class fee is $20, but is HALF PRICE for anyone who has completed Home Buyer U. Couples may attend for $35. You do not need to be a customer in our home purchase program to attend — this program is open to all!
