This course is specifically designed for those interested in Manufactured Housing.
The class will cover important information for people hoping to purchase a manufactured home or wishing to renovate a manufactured home they own already. Topics include: basic details about manufactured homes, financing details and options, supplemental assistance available, credit considerations, etc.
This class is free and open to all – registration is required! The class will be HYBRID – onsite at INHS and on Zoom.
