This one-day,  all-day event takes place on Saturday, August 3 @TC3

  • Learn how to find and pay for a new home
  • Understand special loan and grant programs for first-time buyers
  • Make sense of those closing documents!

We also offer a Home Inspection Class

The Home Inspection Class takes place on site in a local home where a certified inspector walks us through a home inspection. It involves a close examination of the home inside and out, including basements, attics, garages, yards and so on. During this class you’ll learn what to look for when you are visiting homes for sale. By the end of the session you’ll know what questions to ask and be able to identify potential “show stoppers.”  The Home Inspection Class is $20 but is HALF PRICE for anyone who has completed Home Buyer U!
