Welcoming Bailey Phipps to INHS

We are pleased to welcome Bailey Phipps as INHS’s new Director of Information Technology. Bailey joins us from Racker, where he served as a Systems Administrator and helped support technology systems for one of the region’s leading nonprofit organizations. In this role, Bailey will help strengthen and modernize the technology that supports our housing, lending, and community development programs, ensuring INHS can continue serving residents effectively and efficiently for years to come.

Congratulations, Victoria Neenan

Please join us in congratulating Victoria Neenan on her promotion to Director of Real Estate Development. Victoria’s journey with INHS began as an intern, and over the past seven years she has played a key role in bringing impactful housing developments to life, including Verona Village and Wheat Street. She now leads development efforts for The Lucy, our flagship mixed-use senior housing community in downtown Ithaca. Victoria’s dedication, expertise, and commitment to our mission continue to help expand housing opportunities throughout the region.

We bid farewell to two employees who retired in 2026

Director of Information Technology, Scott Reynolds: Scott dedicated 34 years of his career to INHS. He helped shaped the organization into what it is today, and we are incredibly grateful his wide range of skills and knowledge.

Director of Real Estate Development, Lynn Truame: Lynn retired after 10 years shepherding RED through numerous milestones, including the award-winning Village Grove project and Founders Way, INHS’s largest project to date.
