INHS’s post-purchase series covers topics for homeowners who want to protect their homes and wisely manage their assets.

We’ll cover topics such as home assessment values; STAR, veterans and other specialized tax credits such as tax exemptions available to homeowners in Manufactured Home Communities (Parks); and where to turn for help if needed. This course demystifies the relationship between home assessment values and your tax bill and ensures you have the tools to protect your financial investment and keep more money in your pocket.
