ABOUT WHEAT STREET APARTMENTS
Wheat Street Apartments will bring 47 new apartments to the Village of Cayuga by transforming the former Cayuga Elementary School and campus into a new residential community. The variety of unit styles, nearby lakefront access, and ideal location in a quaint residential setting with convenient access to retail, grocery, and dining options in Auburn and Seneca Falls make it a great place to live!
The former school building will be converted into 31 apartments along with community amenities for all residents and 16 new townhouses will be developed on site. These amenities include a community lounge, laundry facilities, a bike storage room, a mail & package room, and on-site property management and maintenance offices.
Full project overview can be found here. Construction is expected to be complete by early 2025.
You can view construction progress photos along with floor plans for the two-story and mobility accessible townhouses below.
