Repair Funds Available for Dryden Homeowners
If you own a home in the Town of Dryden and are in need of major repairs, INHS may be able to help!
INHS has funds to support low- to moderate-income homeowners of any age who live in single family, owner-occupied homes with up to $24,500 in repair work. Repairs include, but are not limited to deferred maintenance, health and safety issues, code violations, structural defects, energy upgrades, well and septic systems, replaced roofs, siding and windows, and accessibility modifications.
In 2023, INHS helped 26 households with $600,000 in rehab loans. Previous clients, Matteo and Peaches said, “When INHS came into the picture, it made me feel empowered because they were helping us realize our dream of homeownership.” INHS provided them with down payment assistance and soon after, additional major repair funding to complete health and safety upgrades.
