Part 3: Managing Large Repairs and Hiring Contractors

In this session, a local building professional will discuss how to successfully plan and prepare for larger home projects including finding the right contractor and best tips for managing the process. Participants will learn what to expect in terms of cost, timelines and how to avoid common obstacles.

The class fee is $20 but is HALF PRICE for anyone who has completed Home Buyer Education. Couples may attend for $35. You do not need to be a customer in our home purchase program to attend — this program is open to all!
