In this class, our home maintenance crew will go over routine maintenance tasks and seasonal activities that protect your home and its value. Topics include maintaining heating/cooling systems, plumbing, chimneys, weatherization, repairing drywall, lawn and garden, tools and safety, painting and more.
The class fee is $20, but is HALF PRICE for anyone who has completed Home Buyer U. Couples may attend for $35. You do not need to be a customer in our home purchase program to attend — this program is open to all!
