Build assets through homeownership! The INHS Homebuyer class will teach you how become a happy and healthy homeowner.

The November homebuyer class will be held Mondays from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in Ithaca.

The September homebuyer class will be held Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in Ithaca.

The July homebuyer class will be held Tuesdays from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in Ithaca, starting July 9.

The Home Inspection Class takes place on site in a local home where a certified inspector walks us through a home inspection. It involves a close examination of the home inside and out, including basements, attics, garages, yards and so on. During this class you'll learn what to look for when you are visiting homes for sale and by the end of the session you'll know what questions to ask and be able to identify potential "show stoppers."
