DESCRIPTION:This four-week event takes place in person on Tuesday evenings\, April 21 and 28 & May 5 and 12 \nWe offer the most complete home buyer course available!\n\nLearn the steps to buying a home\nMeet local professionals—lenders\, Realtors and attorneys\nFind out about down payment assistance available\nGet a manual packed with resources\nGet personalized help through one-on-one counseling\n\nYou’ll be confident and knowledgeable once you:\n\nReceive your free credit report and score\nLearn how to find and pay for a new home\nUnderstand special loan and grant programs for first-time buyers\nMake sense of those closing documents! \n\nWe also offer a Home Inspection Class \nThe Home Inspection Class takes place on site where a certified inspector walks us through a home inspection. It involves a close examination of the home inside and out\, including basements\, attics\, garages\, yards and so on. During this class you’ll learn what to look for when you are visiting homes for sale. By the end of the session you’ll know what questions to ask and be able to identify potential “show stoppers.”  The Home Inspection Class is $20 but is HALF PRICE for anyone who has completed Home Buyer Education!
