SUMMARY:Village Grove Ribbon Cutting
DESCRIPTION:INHS is celebrating the completion of its latest development\, Village Grove Apartments\, part of the Crescent Way subdivision in the Village of Trumansburg\, and would love for the public to join in on the celebrations! \nVillage Grove is a newly constructed mixed-use\, mixed-income affordable housing development with 46 units of rental housing on a nineteen-acre parcel of land. INHS’s greenest project to-date\, it achieved Passive House Certification and is a NetZero development. \nLocated within walking distance to schools\, shopping\, and a thriving downtown community\, amenities of the community development include community lounge\, laundry facilities\, on-site management and maintenance offices\, and the new home of Trumansburg Community Nursery School. \nIn addition to INHS’s affordable rental units\, the Crescent Way subdivision will also include ten affordable for-sale homes that will be part of INHS’ Community Housing Trust\, as well as nine lots for market-rate construction that are available for purchase from Sundial Development LLC. \nJoin us for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate Village Grove and all those who made it possible\, including NYS Homes and Community Renewal Commissioner RuthAnne Visnauskas. \nTuesday\, June 17\n1-2:30 p.m.\nVillage Grove\n15 Crescent Way\, Trumansburg\, NY  \nRegister here!\n\nRegistration is not required but appreciated! DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate with INHS and share a unique opportunity to witness a modular home installation first-hand! \nINHS is adding four for-sale homes to its Community Housing Trust on Sears Street with Simplex Homes\, a modern\, technically advanced\, and nationally recognized leader in modular construction. \nWHAT TO EXPECT\nWe invite you to join us to watch the exciting process of the first modular home being crane set in place on its foundation!  \nTuesday\, December 3\n9 a.m. | Sears St.\, Ithaca \nINHS will be offering hot drinks and sweet treats. Kick-off begins at 9 a.m. and we will be on-site until 11 a.m. As you can imagine\, timing of the crane drop is difficult\, but we’re confident the experience will be exciting! \nThis will be an outside experience\, so come prepared for weather conditions. Parking on Sears Street will not be available\, but there is plenty of walkable off-street parking on Tioga and Cayuga Streets. \nRSVP isn’t required but appreciated.
