INHS has a unique housing opportunity for those 60 and older looking for support of their family as they age, but would like to maintain their independence.
We have a small modular home that can be temporarily installed next to a family member’s home available. This cottage-style, one-bedroom home enables seniors to continue to live independently with the support and security of having family nearby.
At INHS, we understand that needs change, so the accessibility and other design features of this modular ranch home helps residents comfortably age in place.
To be eligible, you must be 60 years or older and have an income less than $29,500 a year.
