As part of your home improvement loan, we also provide high quality professional help that assists you in every step of the renovation process.
The INHS staff has over 50 years of collective construction experience. We've helped more than 500 homeowners with successful renovation projects.
We'll help you get the most out of your money by:

Conducting a thorough inspection of your house that results in a summary of needed repairs and an accurate estimate of how much they will cost.
- Inspecting your home for lead base paint
hazards and counseling you on how to deal with them

Writing detailed specifications and providing clear drawings so both you and the contractors understand the work to be done.

Helping you find good quality contractors who work at reasonable prices.

Providing regular inspection of the work and advising you how to deal with the "unexpected."

Providing professional management of the records for your project.
If you have smaller repairs and have limited means then we also may be able to help you with our Mini-Repair program.
Most of the projects that we manage are for health and safety improvements or for code compliance.
