Our Mini-Repair program can help you with these and many other minor repairs. If you have larger repair problems or need more help we may be able to help with a home improvement loan.

We provide year-round service and advice to help homeowners maintain and stay in their homes by doing small but important repairs; at very low cost.

You are eligible for the program if you are all of the following:

• A homeowner in the City of Ithaca.
    Either a senior citizen, disabled, or single head of household.
   
• Have limited income (less than $23,000 per year for one person and $25,000 for a couple).

• INHS provides labor free of charge.
   
• Homeowner pays for materials (in special circumstances, assistance may also be available for materials).
   
• INHS will install the right materials correctly.
   
• INHS will work with you to keep you safe and comfortable in your home.
