Paul Mazzarella
Paul Mazzarella has worked in the planning and community development fields for over 25 years, with experience that spans both the not-for-profit and government sectors. Since 1990, he has served as the Executive Director of Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services.
Paul is also a Visiting Lecturer in City and Regional Planning at Cornell University. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Community Housing Capital, a non-profit lender for affordable housing development, and the National NeighborWorks Association, a housing advocacy organization.
His education includes a Master of City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University. He also completed an Executive Education program at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
