Our Lending Partners
Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services works in partnership with our local lending institutions in Tompkins County to provide mortgages for our homeownership program. The lenders have developed programs that assist first-time homebuyers purchase homes in the City of Ithaca. Participating lenders provide first mortgage financing at market rate with reduced closing costs.
