INHS is creating a new townhome neighborhood less than 3 miles from downtown Ithaca. This development will begin construction this fall.

Holly Creek is a 22 unit townhouse-style development located in the Town of Ithaca.
Designed to make home ownership affordable, the 2 BR units starting at around $100,000 with 3 BR a bit more. Each of the townhomes will be sold to a first time homebuyer and will not be rented. Each owner is part of the homeowners association and shares the costs for lawn cutting, snow plowing, exterior maintenance, etc. INHS will be the property manager and brings 30 years of property management experience to the project.
Like all of INHS’s new construction homes, these will become both Energy Star and LEED certified. And they will also be part of INHS’s Community Housing Trust so they will be owner occupied and permanently affordable.
As the project moves ahead in the next couple of months, look for more information on sales prices, information on the homeowners association, etc. INHS will be preselling units.
