Since we aren’t selling you anything, you're offered an independent second opinion on what energy measures are best for you. Our interest rates are very low and can include loans for both energy and non-energy work.
You complete our application and our loan officer determines whether you qualify. You hire a contractor to prepare a proposal, and give you a cost estimate. Once your loan is approved, the contractor completes the work, and we do a final inspection.
Our goal once we receive all the necessary documentation from you is to approve the loan within 3 working days.
You will recieve half of the money to pay to the contractor to being the work. When the work is completed, you and your contractor will sign off on a final acceptance form, and you will get the final payment for your contractor.
