Home Buyer Classes

Live! is classroom-style, 2 hours a week, over 6 weeks with guest speakers - experienced professionals like realtors, mortgage officers, and house inspectors. Besides learning a lot, these classes are interactive and fun! They are offered 6 times throughout the year. The listings below show the upcoming schedule.

This is the last class in 2012. Send an email to get a notice when 2013 classes are scheduled.

To pay by check

go to the register online page, find out the class fee but don't proceed to payment.
mail your check to INHS at 115 W. Clinton St., Ithaca, NY 14850. Please include the date of the class you're registering for, how many are attending the class (couples may attend for 1 fee), and your name, address, phone number, and email address.
OR pay in person at our office. We're open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday.

When we receive your payment, you are THEN registered for the class. We'll send you a note confirming the registration and location.
