We offer three types of classes for all first time homebuyers:

• Fast Track to Home Buying
  A four-hour class for people who have limited time.
   
• Comprehensive First-Time Homebuyer Education
  A twelve-hour, six-week class that gives you the practical skills and real information you need.
   
• Workplace Seminars
  On Site seminars at area workplaces. No charge.

Nationally Certified
Our homebuyer education program is nationally certified. We are the only local provider of the education that is required by lenders who offer special first-time homebuyer loan products.

Open to Everyone
Our friendly, knowledgeable staff provide personal counseling for anyone interested in buying a home, regardless of income or where you want to live.
